WvW recruiting on mega server
Well for the sake of trying it i will post this here as well
Elites community on Devonast rest recruiting all players of all levels for WvW you must be on devonast rest to join due to the WvW nature of the guild. We take all classes use the servers team speak in combination with our own private raidcall to allow optimal communication. I will have map tracking available for all members to sign up for so that you can always have every guild member marked on the map for you. PVE players are allowed in the guild but must be repping or donating superior siege to contribute to our war upgrades and our ability to take raids more often. Our goal as a guild will be to increase the range of coverage that DR has so in the nature of that goal we will not have a specific timezone we will recruit and operate around the clock.
The guild originates from Tera on the Lake of Tears server where we made our stand as the largest pvp guild on the server and among the top 10 most active guilds in the entire game. Contact me in game to see what you can do to assist me in starting the guild

im not really interested in recruiting on the forums what i need is to know if there is any effective way to identify players and the server they are from to make recruiting easier considering a WvW guild doesnt want other servers in their guild

ask them to go into the same wvw map as you.
so that really is the only method we have? little hard to multi task i guess but thus is the poison of being a guild leader
