Dear all,

Anet has to do a WvW rework patch to fix many of the issue’s we have.
Instead of making thousands of threats with each a different issue why not post it all in one ?

My suggestions:

Siege weapons:

- Take out field cannons
- reduce the damage of siege weapons in general (except rams and cata’s on gate/walls)
- reduce the range on some of the siege weapons such as ballista’s, trebs and arrow carts. (to push the WvW community to fight not to sit inside a tower until the other towers wall is down. )
- rework the masteries to provide more defense against while using a siege weapon, instead of boosting it’s damage.

Characters in WvW:

Odd suggestion maybe but here it comes:
- Use the same model for Spvp in WvW
– Template chars – just pick your traits, an amulet, weapons (with X stats) and your sigils + runes.
– Keep the rewards you have to help people build up their Pve character
– Easier access to WvW for both new and old players
– Should be easier to balance
– Makes the game more transparent with the other modes.

Progression in WvW:

- With the Template chars , the rewards could stay the same.
- Progression based on ranks can stay in the game, same goes for the mastery system.
- Rewards should be spread evenly though amongst Pve – PvP and WvW.
– Add long term goals such as Ascended armor , backpieces, … that people can use then for Pve and as a skin for WvW/Spvp

Small scale pvp/roamers:

- rescale the way rewards are given.
– Receive more WvW exp per kill or to take objectives (increase by 20%)
– Add a scouting feature to the game, each tower can have up 3 scouts checking in. This adds rewards them periodically when building siege or while they have siege inside that tower.
