Hey,

my server(Elona Reach) is always green or blue since weeks. Is there any rotationsystem behind this?

I need only one tower(red) for “Gift Of Exploration”, but I can´t get it, because we are never red(and my sever dont even try to get this tower) – thank you ANet -.-
