This would bother me to not be able to get in because my server is capped with PvErs who want map completion.

WvW as a criteria for map completion is garbage and the people who wasted life doing it should get a special legendary trinket for their efforts and the criteria dropped.

It would suck so bad to not be able to get in but a bunch of level1 pugs are there? No ma’am Pam.

I ONLY play this game to WvW. I would much rather have a level minimum than a sever cap.

World Completion and Gift of Battle are the only things that drag PvE’rs on WvW… Still many WvW’ers say that they should not remove it…

I say that you guys just need to make up your minds…

yeah so lets stack so many people onto one server that no one can do anything because the server keeps crashing … thats what happens without population caps. Sorry OP but your idea is bad, very bad.

Borderland hopping would be far worse than it is now if you were just able to jam your whole server and more into a map.

I do agree with the sentiment though, especially on badges and map completion.

In T1 we frequently wreck eachother with numbers and exploiting culling.its annoying, frustrating and ridiculous but let’s look at the alternative:

My alliance is comprised of hundreds of players. We all roll at the same time for flip. Now as it stands maybe 4 or 5 get left out and have to que. annoying yes, but what if it was capped, and only half of us get in? And half of the next guild and the next. We would to start to group up like pugs with no real grouping strategy.

Look, noting is more irritating than having JQ show up everywhere with 30 people, and having 25 to 30 SoR right behind them preying on their flips like vultures, however I go through this with my entire team together.

This would make for really bad gameplay with people clumping up in such massive zergs to steamroll a map that things could never be defended again.

Putting even more players in a WvW map is just simply not possible atm.
You’d break the server even more than it already is. :p

If T1 server queues are too much long/annoying, have you & your guild considered transferring to a lower tier? You’re going to have to pick between fighting for top ranks or easier access to WvW. ^^;
