WvW strategy request
For the Borderlands supply camps:
Each world has a “home” supply camp that has a back entrance to their home base. These have great chokepoints and are easily defensible, even against a larger force.
The Vale camp has a front wall with an entrance, an attacking enemy must come through it, or climb the hill to the SE and try to hop in. Build some ballistae right next to the supply so you can shoot into the entrance, and some arrow carts staggered behind houses/behind the wall/on top of the wall to kill/slow down larger numbers of enemies. Also have any ranged AoE spammers fire into the entrance, and onto the hill to keep them out. Also if you have control of the Briar tower, you can get a treb up and spam cows at the hill to keep out invaders.
The Water camp also has a wall in front of it though its alternate entrance is the lake, which makes it harder to defend imo. Pretty much the same defensive strategy as before, get some ballistae up close enough to hit someone in the door way, arrowcarts on the wall and behind it to kill/cripple larger numbers of people, and people to aoe spam into the entrance. And if you have control of the Lake tower, you can put up ballista/cats to help attack people on the entrance.
The Northern most camp (can’t remember its name off the top of my head) has a wall on both the eastern and western side, with the entrances on those sides being the only way into the camp. This camp is very defensible because it’s also the entrance to the northern altar. Basically you use the same strategy as before, build ballista to shoot into the the entrances, build arrow carts to the side to take out larger groups, and spam aoe into the entrances too.

Danelon in EB is also very good for choke points. 2 people can hold that camp pretty well with a few balistas and an arrow cart. 2 or 3 balistas on the top of the hill in the back, the actual siege you are using in with the NPC guards. Amazing how many people will charge the balistas in the back when they finally get through the initial choke point.
