Why don’t consider to give the server a landmark change or a trophy room?
Let all the players in the winner server share our glory.
Or maybe a server-scope statistic page for the fighters to recall the epic fights.

It’s all about the spirits.

Something like that would work for sPvP – but not inherently imbalanced WvW. It would only further encourage the ‘project’ server transfer/poaching from other servers to all join in one mega server

WvW should be about the fight against people and the warfare – not the ‘trophy’ which usually is just ‘who has most people’.
