Is the reward the same for killing a guy 20 vs 1, as it is for killing a guy 1 vs 1?

Or is it more like DAoC/WAR where you get more points the fewer people are killing the guy?

You get more EP the longer the fight is.
Example:

1.A burst thief killing one opoment in 3 seconds and gain 5 EP.

2. A 20 man zerg is killing me in 10 seconds and everyone gain lets say 10 EP.

Really? That’s how it works?

I thought it was based on how long the other guy was alive.. not how long the actual fight was.
