This is kinda awkward but I’m starting to be more and more annoyed by this. I’m a quiet player, I simply enjoy the game and all aspects that it provides. But there’s one thing I can’t stand. It happenes second time. When it comes to completing World progress I’m stuck at WvW and this is a moment when I want ot just smack the kitten out of everything…First time I had to change servers because of this, but now changing of worlds is charged by gems…

I’m stuck with stupid one Vista and one PoI and since it’s been more than 3 weeks in the same “3” I am hopeless…tell me, is there any chance, any way possible to write some message to support, hoping that they can help me somehow ? Am I suppoused to wait God only knows how long (at least week…) for a change, but then again French people will take it all in less than hour after reset when it;s impossible to enter WvW ? I just need to complete world, that’s all : ( Help meeeeeee…

Anet working on a way to rotate color so please be patience.

ye… I bet this isn’t thier top priority for now…too bad it is for me. Coudln’t they figure out some other way to complete maps on WvW ? … This must be pain in the kitten too, especialy for Vabbi…

3 weeks is not very much, be patient.

man, how am i suppoused to take over Keep with 10 people, right in front of VS respawn without getting notice like “hi, we’re just taking Vista”. They would waltz through us right away. I wish it was that easy. You don’t have to put between the lines any hateful comments…I’m not spending much time on WvWvW. Eh.

I’m on Sanctum of Rall and I got most of the JQ points/vistas by just being vigilant of te WvW maps. If I’m in one BL ill occasionally map out and look to see what we own in other BLs and if I need(ed) something there.

All I have left is red bay vista, I have just been too lazy to actually go get it lol

i agree and hope Anet will complete it fast, cause on Vabbi a lot of players tranfered away to complete their worlds to 100%, guess what, they didnt go back :/

Based on the number of threads crying about this, I would imagine this will be fixed forthwith. There was slightly more threads crying about confusion and that is getting wrecked whether it was needed or not. So I would bet this will be taken care of very soon.

Sooner rather than later I hope. I’ve been waiting on 1 point/vista in a keep for over 6 months (Since I began looking for it). I’m sure the keep was capped at one point during that time, but not while I was logged in.

I should have jumped on the annoying server hopper bandwagon before the price went in, but that felt untrue to the spirit of map completion.

I’ve got all the WvW maps complete. Some of them while sober. Not got the all PvE zones.

Just a suggestion, why not transfer to VS for a week, get the bits you need and then return? Will take saving up for a while I guess, but maybe you’ve got enough gems.

Perhaps you haven’t been listening to the general conversation surrounding this topic. The desire is to have an option OTHER than switching servers to obtain map completion. For instance, rotating colors/starting positions would easily solve this and only delay map completion by a few weeks, even for a weak server in WvWvW.

I understand the desire. I’m thinking of the currently available options and practical method to achieve it without ArenaNet devs being involved. Hec, I’d hate to even think of the cost to move there and back again just for something like this.

But if they can’t field a WvW force capable of taking the property and don’t have the wherewithall to make it happen, that looks like the only other currently available option, without waiting until some unspecificed time when a programmed solution becomes available.

I prefer to WvvW and have all of the WvW areas but I am expected to run around PVE land completing heart quest and climbing vistas for my map completion. Life’s not fair!

Ok now, no one in Vizunah Square can say that they are having a hard time getting their maps completed. In EB, Viz has complete control of the map most of the time. U can log on any morning, and you’ll see that the things u need from the red side aren’t as “deep” there as u might think they are. I know, since I’m @ EB most mornings getting spawncamped. Kudos from Desolation.

3 weeks is a joke.

in T8 US, we were stuck in the most annoying Blowout match for 13 weeks where Sorrows Furnace would more then double the combined score of Eredon and Ferg, and during that time not only did I get my WvW completion, I did so on two toons.

The answer is fight, to assist, help, be there, be active. If you need a last Poi or Vista, be ready to fight for it, don’t just sit on your hands and expect others to pave the way for you.

Also, Anet is planing to do color rotation, so, we shall see how that goes.
