Could a net bring them back? It shoot last like a month and be like 4 times in a year. Just ceep rewards from last one what happened in 2014 and bring new achivments every tournament. I remember last time it happens a lot ppl came for temporary achivments it would bring more ppl to wvw

Right, so everyone can load on on one server, spawn camp and run wvw into the ground causing more players to not even want to log in.

Please stop requesting tournaments when we are not anywhere near tournament ready.

The problem with WvW tournaments is that the scoring system (even the current skirmish one) in WvW does not indicate the competitive skill brought to the game but rather the population brought to it. It displays the population disparity between the servers involved and nothing else. The actions of players generally have little effect to the outcome. Having more coverage is what effects the outcome. Attempting to tie any kind of competitive prize to this system is complete folly.

I’m not sure if there can be a system where player skill has the ultimate impact on the outcome with WvW without some serious limitations to the game format that may players and ANET don’t want to explore.

WvW still feels like a blow out. Not much has changed IMO.

Every tourney has been a disaster. Everybody bandwagons one server and curbstomps the whole thing. It would be no different now.
