There’s a rumor floating around that transfers will be closed for the upcoming population beta test in the WvW match starting reset after April 19th. Let’s see if we can get a dev response.

If the answer is yes, I’m assuming it is due to new technology that will allow players on different servers to play WvW together without having to transfer, yet this is being interpreted as being stuck. I’m not a fan of speculation gone wild yet we’re already seeing some massive guild movements as a result of this rumor.

If that rumour is true then all hope for WvW is lost with anet yet again demonstrating complete cluelessness.

And to any of the devs out there this just demonstrates how the lack of communication hurts the game. You refuse to give us any advance info on the changes but someone gets inside info anyway and acts on it to give himself and his guild the greatest possible advantage at the expense of others.

You’ll get that info when anet says you can have that info. Understood?

i heard guilds actually transfer out of the open server using that as their basis……..
the logic kills me….
