Just wanted to share a fun video of what happened today for about 10 hours.

Around 30-50 people botting under water spamming 1 and 2 with a few real players to guard them, who seem to regenerate hp a little to fast to be real.

My server has been getting destroyed by Yak’s Bend, but i guess the bots needed to farm in peace right?

I reported as many as I could among the cluster, but I am sure some were missed. This is not the only instance of mass botting I have seen recently either. In queensdale i saw around 20 rangers running around naked spamming 1 in a big circle.

Anet, when are you going to really address this bot issue? Where is the ban hammer needed to keep the playing field even?

Also, all servers have people who have been hacked and then the hacker sets the character to bot. Earning drops/money, followed by the hacker selling the stuff to a gold selling company, which then spams LA map chat trying to sell to players.

Not something that needs 3 threads or even more. Just go kill the bots. (Or tip off an enemy server through a WvW thread on the forums so they can kill them.)

The best thing you can do is to report them. Everyone knows the issue and this has been stated over a hundred times.
