Dark Haven has stomped out server for a couple of weeks now. How, after “reset” are we still up against them? Not a kitten thing changed or reset. They still have just about everything.

They didn’t actually do the reset as their only ideas to redo the ratings were even worse than their current system..
aka they’ve no idea what they’re doing or how to fix it.
