I had this once Really bad when commanding,and we were capping WC.It all took a hell of a lot longer then expected ( about 30m ) in wich i could not leave because of a constant threat of getting wiped, needed to cross my legs and pray for 40m straight.All in all,it was the most “satisfying” cap yet

You kill kittenz whilst awaiting servers coming back online & half an hour later, realise you`d had no loot, because it didn`t land at your feet.
You see someone in open (cough) world in the distance & try to click them to see whos side they`re on.

You get yanked off the maps to do a dungeon run with your Guild for a change, and are surprised by the decent loot.

You run Temple Takeback with the SBI community on Saturdays as a quick way of funding your WvW habit for the week. (true story, sadly)

You do the Jormag event while waiting for WvW to come back up after the giant patch and call out “combo fields on the Commander!” (again, sadly, true story)

When you randomly think “this would be an awesome choke point” when you are walking around at your workplace.

When you start reading siege warfare books looking for ideas on defeating your enemy.

Sadly we cant starve them to death…
