Watching newer commanders make the same mistakes I made when I first started, like going off some of the steeper cliffs near your north towers in the borderlands map makes for some tasty nostalgia.

I think my best record is around 30 koreans/oceanics, all off the stairs of the water gate in garrison, right after we took it. Seemed pretty anti climactic. YAY we finally got it after a 2 hour fi—splasplasplasplsasplsaplspalspslaspslpspla…splat.

nobody else wants to share their beggest kitten ? I sad.

My favourite was when I was running into hills south gate, I lagged ever so slightly for 5 seconds I was still running up the stairs to the portal but on everyone elses screen I had ran off the side of the cliff and everyone followed me, half the zerg died that day, I laughed my kitten off, even the most experienced MERCs fell off the cliff that day.

My first day commanding I was retaking our Hills then I just cannot find my way into the NORTH gate. I circled around like a headless chicken with 10-20 people.

Oh, I’ve played the falling game before too. I type a lot for my pick-ups, and sometimes I type myself right off a cliff.

There was also a night I was leading the Mesmer/Golem team while another commander led the main force. We portalled those golems halfway across the map to a keep without being found out. I then portalled them straight to the gate…without any zerg support. Needless to say, the golems didn’t last long.
