Anet i did suggested many things that will or already improved WvW since last weeks so here is ze ultimate solution :
Make the kitten equation connected:
Door/Wall – Lord – Orb
Thats the order that should be followed in every siege to avoid :
1.Gravity/noclip hack wall jumping to Lord room.
2.Meshmers/Thief smartass tactics/exploits (whatever you call them xD)
3.And many more which i wont mention so i dont give bad ideas to the brainded community xD.
So with simple words : you will need to break door(s)/wall(s) first to be able to attack Lords,than kill the lord to be able to take/move the orbs.
If gate(s)/wall(s) are not ONCE destroyed (they can be repaired after you enter the keep/tower) Lord shouldn’t take any damage and be Invulnerable and if Lord is not dead and gate(s)/wall(s) ONCE broken Orb not possible to claim/move.
Easy to code and will save you tons of drama/headache.
P.S. Put some X,Y,Z serverside checks already to stop the hackings.
