Is the idea behind the grind for gear something bugged or they do it on purpose? I understand the idea of progression, but, and I trully hope anet is reading, some people have jobs and do not profit like twitch players on playing this game.
Having a few hours a day to play just to find that the marks require crafting as well, crafting… the most boring part of a game, not to mention the amount of tokens the gear itself requires.
Just let people get the gear without those stupid marks, some people dont like raids, dont enjoy your idea of PVE, just want to pvp or wvw and dont have the time to grind for the kitten gear.

Seriously Anet, you had the potential, this is just kittening on your lowering community.

Dunno why wvwers complain about mats. There’s plenty of mats from all the blob bags.

Anets company policy about building new reward paths seems to be that it must been based on grind, not as rewards. They’ve been that way since ascended items were first introduced. It may be due to the game being b2p that its the only way they know how to try and keep players in game for extended periods.
