Opinion

Small maps and relatively easy travel seems to magnify the imbalances to the level of pointless. All run speed buffs need to be disabled in WvW.

Without a meaningful “outnumbered” buff WvW is untenable for certain matchups. This buff needs to scale based on the number of enemies and needs to effect combat skills, defense, towers, siege etc. It is the only equalizer available to keep a server on life support. Alternatively, you can cap how many people can get on a map from either side. I am sure that won’t be popular.

The damage of free transfers has already been done. Locking it down now has already triggering mass exodus to get somewhere with an overwhelming zerg b4 the lock. This precludes people from waiting to see what the planned changes do to their situation.
