make it so whoevers home server it is has all the areas in the new center of the map slowly tick back to the home world’s control unless an opponent is standing on it currently and capturing it, this was it will either buff the home server or force the attacking server to use resources (people) to hold these points for the bonus.

Ideas changes suggestions please add them.
