I’m just going to do spvp. This is stupid. The whole stacks thing makes this game hilariously stupid now. You NEED a zerg to beat it or sit there on capture points, which no one even wants to do that either.
Make the outmanned buff negate the stacks by 33% per stack or something.
Anet seems downright clueless when it comes to pvp as a whole. What the hell are you doing to WvW?

why not make bloodlust like a power of print, its a limited water supply and need time recovery,rather than give zergs a tons of Rune of Divinity!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly the intention of Anet.
Ask yourself: if they really wanted to break up groups, why did they place all the capture points right next to each other, instead of at the centaur camp, the skritt cave, and (the former) center island.
Ask yourself why this region looks just like sPvP.

It’s so strange that a company that built its brand on high quality PVP now seems to be one of most incapable of balancing PVP. Maybe my source was right that all their best PVP people left the company and the people left behind don’t know how to do it…

Since when WvW had a good design? its just Alliance batles from gw1, zergs define a path, capture point leave to next point.

The design of the buff mechanism seems to be a recipe for lag.
Even if the effect of the buff changes, the impact of the mechanism will still be there causing lag whenever the buff changes hands.
