Could we please get some dev input on the current state of wvw and how you see it evolving in the future? Thanks

Anet doesn’t care about WvW, It’s all about PvE and the gem store.

I don’t think that is a fair or accurate statement to make. They are trying new things here, not all of them are going to work. Also these things take time I get that. We gamers aren’t known for our patience either. Now having said that it doesn’t mean I’m not frustrated. WvW is my favored game type and I would love to see it get all the things, but I’m also realistic and know Anet has to pay the bills.

I think it would be good for Anet to clear the air and let us know where they would like to take wvw or not take it. I don’t want dates but It would be nice to know whether or not any changes may be coming down the pipe.

I love wvw! I think it has amazing potential. I would really like to know how the devs themselves feel about it and what they would like to see it develop into.

Keadlaw but few different colors on commander tag should not take longer than 1 months. Its not so hard to implement them.
Now its 6 months from CDI and nothing is even mentioned.

Colly said it right…WvW is not conducive to ANet. They make no moneys on the development. Overall the game is starting too die(point in case: They gave new players half off the game)
Will be fun where it goes from here.

most of wvw players are finisher byers aka gem byers , so ,if this truth , i think someone hides the real economical incomings from the “boss”

and wvw is pvpve mode , but it has poor pve related to eotm

It has been months since a dev openly posted in this forum. The China release is likely pulling every available resource they have into that effort. By the time they circle back on WvW, most players will have either left or just not care any more. If GW2 WvW had any real competition in this space, it would be empty.

you ask to much from them
if you r old player then for sure you have see lots and lots pf posts here about wvwvw..and for sure you have see lots of answers from the developers on any issue/question
…ops sorry that is what developers do in other games not here
here they just read and then they just….change the titles of the posts or they just close them
is not that a good input from them to all of the players here that asks for answers???

Maybe if we all spam gw2’s official twitter, asking for some devs attention to this subforum. Maybe with all the complaints and bad propaganda, they could visit us here.
