Hello there,

Since latest patch we have the possibility to select different specialization lines and associated traits in PvE, WvW, and PvP. As I’m playing the ranger profession a lot, I think it would be very handy if not only our specializations and traits are linked to the game mode, but also our pets (just like there is a different pet selection in PvP already).

Looking forward to seeing what you think of this suggestion.

I’d also really like to see every pet available in WvW the same way it is in PvP. No other class has to do a PvE scavenger hunt to have access to their class mechanic.

Personally I don’t mind that much doing a PvE world tour to tame all my pets, but it would be awesome indeed to have access to all of them in WvW, just like in PvP. Most I care about and like to suggest is having the possibility of a different pet setting in WvW.

I have 3 rangers on my main account and I occasionally delete my characters and move my alt account, so I’ve had to remake that ranger several times. It is a huge pain in the kitten having to hunt down my pets every time.

Really wish they’d bring back the Zaishen Menagerie

I think that your pet comes with your build, so when your build changes automatically when entering wvw, then pets should do the same. Seems very logic. I hope Anet makes this adjustment to make all rangers happy!

Ugh seriously. It’s been three years. Can’t we just all get the Hall of Monuments pets now? Too much work and not worth the effort to go back to GW1 and get the points for it.

Anyways, I run Sylvan Hound and Juvenile Wolf for WvW but not because they are the optimal choice. Just because I like goggies. :>

Even if you did get the points the HoM pets are still disabled. But don’t worry, when they disabled them 5ish months ago they said they should have the problem fixed “soon”
