ok as i understand it you want people to play wvw with these epic showdowns amongst servers like mag,jq, and yb? you CANT support this many players in EBG. either buy dedicated servers or adjust the amount that can at least skill cast without 800 ping. its obvious you dont care about this ongoing problem.

They either need to free up more resources, or limit map pop to something their resources can handle.

They tried the map population route after complaints about the lag/skill delay and it helped slightly but then players complained about queues and they reverted it. I doubt they will go down that route again.

the game over all needs better optimization, even in the PvE world and fractals ( which I get the best FPS on at Max settings) only get if your lucky 80 steady FPS but usually 40 – 60 FPS.

That being said I can run top end New games at 4k resolution or as close to it as it will let me at 110- 120 FPS all the time.

The game just needs an overhaul in optimization, SMite ( from HiRez) had this issue also in 5 v 5 fights then they optimized it and it took care of the problem 100%. But as of right now it could be servers just as well as optimization

The only time I got lag nowadays is in a really big 3-way. Then it starts, ofc, but rarely otherwise.
