freindlys drop red circles

there is always something random to look foreword to when they do a patch, this time friendly users have red circles when ever they drop fields or grownd targeted stuff. in huge brawls its pretty impassible to distinguish what aoe is who’s.

Pfft no need to increase the aoe cap from 5 to 10, there’s the zerg busting solution right there!

Scared me for a bit too, was a DD going after a druid and I thought I was being AC’d as there was red circles so I did a shadow step stomp and prayed I didnt die to them before I did my stomp,lol.

Couldn’t find the AC and was confused til I dropped my Pistol 5 and it was a red circle (5 times out of 6 it was a red circle).

This was in every BL

This was tested. They don’t hit you, but this needs to be fixed… Or not… We’re confused on a daily basis as it is… :/

Instead of using two colors (white and red), why not use white (friendly, no damage), red (enemy, damage or effect) and I don’t know (green/blue anything else, friendly, damage)?

It’s just a /facepalm change

WvW last night was interesting with this bug…. More than once I had a heart attack when we were capping a tower and suddenly there were red circles everywhere. It wasn’t a consistent bug either. Half the time we had white circles, then they’d go back to being red. It seemed that structures exasperated the problem, but even that wasn’t consistent.
