Yes as the hackers seem to be appearing more and more more people are having increased problems with game freezes and what not. Do something please ANET. its been known in every MMO that hacks effect the ppl that arent hacking in various ways like client problems.
In AION when you came across certain cheaters your game would lag a bit and possibly crash.
