healer in zergs?
is a full toughness healing boon duration guardian any helpfull in zergs? or its just a waste of another unit in a big zerg?
About the only scenario that it would be helpful would be in a 5 man (or small group) in a roaming/havoc situation…IE: The Girlfriend Spec.
Even then it is debatable, and varies depending on the guild/group/etc.
Zerg healing comes from sheer numbers usually, and while empowers do add to that overall number and they are important, waterfields are the money maker, after they are blasted by 10+ people. Beyond that the other healing factor from a guardian is the dodge roll heals, and that can be supplemented throughout your build (without going full heal spec, etc).
Stability and retaliation are probably more useful to the Zerg.
Most of your healing should come from blasting waters.
Dodge roll has a healing power coefficient of 1, which is pretty strong when investing in healing power. However, even if you wanted to invest in healing power, I would suggest zealots over clerics.
As mentioned above, coordinated water fields + blasts are far more effective.

I played full heal spec but got criticised by people in the guild in pug runs. I take it people don’t care about healers but want dps so I kill all my healing builds. XD The thing I like about healing spec is it’s easy to play and easy to survive when I am in no brainer mode. All I do is spaming healing in the blob and run around ~
If you want to be a healer wvw guard use 0/0/6/4/4 with AH, trait your f3 to provide stability, use stand your ground and hold the lines, healing book, staff and sword, pvt armor and cleric trinkets. Dodge, empower, #2 on staff when explode heal prety good. And put energy sigils in your weapons

5-10 man groups the heal guard is way better than the ele. You got to play more offensive in smaller group.
15-50+ the Ele waterfields are far more useful. spend a lot of time staying organized.

U need both. Guards complement staff eles in fights with grps larger than 10 to 15 and beyond.
In the early days of gw2 , eles were the kings due to the concept called turtle stacking where healing targets were unlimited.
