Thats because Kodash does the same to others and german people whine on their own forums (french too btw, check http://forums.jeuxonline.info/ ) instead of official ones.
Germans have surprisingly high night activity for whatever reason, but apparently not as high as French! Seems to pay the greek and other debts, someone has to still work, and the HARTZ IV alone cant bring the server to top of WvW ladder.
