i can already see it. vizunah zerging the lake points to get the buff before taking garrison. nice attempt of giving the zerg another advantage.
but how about this?
invulnerable walls/gates as long as point is not under control. so basically if you want garri, you need to hold point that is corresponding to garri. imagine water gate sealed. and the point is at water gate. it would make defenders close to it and would be easy for them to take it (making attacking force leave some people behind to defend). on the other hand, if defenders try to take it and suceed, attackers will need to call reinforcements, making the main zerg attacking the west/east gate split up again, or even leave the gate and come to help. they would be close to it also, but getting back to raming will take time.
another one:
how about garri being invulnerable unless east and west towers are under control. bay unless briar under control. hills unless lake…
how about this also:
move east and west towers on the actual spot where you go to north part of map. who makes towers 200m away from strategic choke point?
any of those “how abouts” or a combination.
