hello, in our match-up we saw flyhackers (little group of4) we got their details, but how to report them properly ? both SFR and Visu are trying to get rid of them, but no success until now, so may be there is an hidden command/button to report it ? pls help !

This morning on the Vizu servers we lost four towers and two forts and a number of T3 strucutres wood without scout due to roaming Riverside Group fly hack.
Even people SFR have seen and we carry massively bot or scam but this group continues sevir. We have the account name of these people if you want
However, if such malveillence is not punished in this game, why not do the same?

Same situation against Far Shiverpeaks as you can see. The fact that these hackers are not banned encourages shaming of their server. It is sad but true

In the meantime they will keep deleting posts and infract people that ask questions.

Make sure to blame the server that has these cheaters on it not the player or anet for failing to ban them.

A certain guild on NSP has quite a few speed hackers in their midst.
