Type /invite or /join
Talk.
Of course it’s up to them if they want to group up with you or not, but typically /bow before the invite is universally recognized as an invite to duel.

/bow = fight till someone is down, no stomps
/threaten = fight till the death
/beckon = get out of your tower/zerg & fight me, kitten
