can someone tell me what that is tier 1,2,3… wvw’er? i’m almost lvl 80 with myranger and got my full gear. so after that i’m gone do fulltime wvw. and some pve for my legendary :p so whats that tier 1 etc

The tiers honestly just mean who has the most coverage around the clock, tier 1 is the highest tier which means there are large zergs 24/7, the lower tiers are more small man fights and guilds working together to do their best with less IMO

A tier is the position your server (or other servers) is/are in. The best way to understand it is to look at this site:

As you can see, in Europe there are 27 servers, and every 3 make one tier. So, Tier one consists of Vizuna, Desolation, and Elona, while Tier nine (the last tier) consists of Blacktide, Vabbi, and Fissure of Woe.

Now, if you’re talking about gear tiers, then there are cultural gears, but that has nothing to do with WvW.
