It doesn’t really matter much these days with the mega server system unless you are speaking in terms of WvW presence.

The megaserver system makes map shards as needed and combines multiple PvE and sPvP servers on to each shard until that shard is full and then it makes another and repeats the filling of it. It will try to prioritize placing you on a shard by server, guild, party members etc but other than that, there can be any player from any server on it.

It’s listed as a medium population server in the server screen and it’s currently in Tier 5 for WvW. But if all you care about it PVE than it really doesn’t matter because of the megaserver.
Its only a medium server for wvw, so come on by kill some guys with us. :P

Last I saw Op it was medium. I have no idea why several posters chise to give you a lesson ib=n megaservers that you never asked for, and specifically avoided answering your question.
