I didn’t get the e-mail for last week reward even if i did the achievement, should I sent a ticket?

Talk to the battle storian on one of the wvw maps to claim your tickets. Its a sylvari standing in the middle of the way.

I did! I just see the items the historian gives. All my friends received an in-game mail to claim the tickets and I didn’t receive anything

Check your achievements and if you transferred.
