Guild Wars 2

so I have been a Guild Wars 2 player since head start. I’ve tried WvW and it just did not do it for me. Do you think that there will be any content in the March patch that will make it more appealing for players that don’t like to zerg?I also hate PVE so I am wondering if there will be more incentives to always stay in WVW.

That’s all I’ve played since head start is SPVP. That whole facet of the game is a ghost town because of how under-supported it is. About 1000 hours of pure PvP here. Looking for something engaging and progressive.

…ummm sorry if I’m being rude but if you don’t like to zerg get out of the top four tiers of servers.

While there still are zergs in the lower tiers, they’re not as common and you’re much more likely to find roaming fights.

You could always transfer to a real server, like NSP.

Sorry, couldn’t resist. To be honest though, after several months of playing your server, you don’t have much of a roamer population, which is what I think you’re looking for. Transfer off if you don’t like the AR zergathon. Search the forums a bit and you may be able to find a server that has a playstyle that suits you better. Different servers have wildly different strategies.

Alternatively, you could find four buddies to group up with and cause havoc. A lot of people out there underestimate the power of a good five-man, especially in the lower tiers.

not to start the usual NSP v. AR bullkitten but there’s plenty of roamers on AR, AR does have one guild that pretty much only zergs and of course some pugs, but plenty of the rest of us don’t.
At the end of the day though when BP or NSP or DH attacks a keep with a 30+ man zerg, there’s not much you can do but get your own rolling to combat it while hoping to have enough small teams left to get things done.
