upporting your allies will now contribute toward earning rewards for killing enemies and damaging event bosses. The actions listed below now cause a percentage of the target ally’s damage dealt for the next several seconds to also count toward your participation. In addition to that, damaging an enemy’s defiance bar will also grant you some participation toward receiving rewards from that enemy. In order to discourage AFKing with boon-applying auras, you must still be actively attacking targets to receive rewards from them.
Applying boons to an ally (small percentage).
Removing conditions from an ally (small percentage).
Reviving an ally (large percentage).
Healing an ally (percentage scales based on how much healing is given).

i wonder if something like this is even in wvw, maybe from release of Hot

before hot:
if you fought in 5 vs 10, who had betters skill-stacking-support won vs the not so bigger number group than them (only for single abilities and more organized)

now instead an outnumbered fight is basically nearly impossible, as if there is a hidden buff somewhere.

get 1 vs 1 stays the same (single capabilities-builds-bursts)
get 10 vs 30 – the 20 will 99% of the times win.

even worst if i check my combat log i see more damage taken (if im in the 10)!!!

or… if im in the 30 see more damage dealt…

dont speak of vulnerability and might… they have always been there before Hot.

seems if a same number fight the damage moltiplier is 1×.
if u are more, scales, gets bigger

doubts of the concept of balance of Gw2…
