That or Anet wanted to troll wvwvw players and achievement hunters.

only one Ive ever seen is ultimate dominator, thats the only one thats actually doable if you play on a high tier server that is.

Few years ago Devon Arrowcarter confirmed these achievements are a “bit” ahum out of touch and theyre looking for a rework. Meanwhile the daily achiev system has been overhauled 3 times but getting rid of 1 or 2 zeros on these objectives is waaaaay to hard..

So, this is how it goes:

Devs have a meeting to discuss outstanding issues and bug fixes, and on the list is fixing wvw achievements (it’s been on there for three years). A dev agrees to look at it (he was asleep and woke up and said ‘yes’ before he knew what it was). Just as he’s about to start the 30 minutes work needed, it’s noticed that a pixel is out of place on SW and he’s put to work fixing that pixel instead, as it’s clearly much more important than wvw…

The devs do not care about WvW achievements. They should have been fixed years ago. You can get titles like candy in PvE and PvP but not in WvW.
