Always the person that was powned laughs and dances after being revived by their buddies.

There are two ways you beat some one in WvW either
A: A good fair fight, in which case the person defeated deserves respect for their skill not childish behavior.
B: Zerged like a Kmart shop assistant at a black friday sale, in which case they were just unlucky enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time so dancing on them just makes you look like a jerk.

Someone sounds mad. I laugh at my opponents when they finally kill me, cause usually it’s three guys who had to come save their buddy who couldn’t even run away properly.
It’s called taunting. You do it to frustrate the enemy, and increase enmity to create more intense fights in the future. This isn’t hug time, this is war.

^pfft This made me laugh because if it’s “OMG… it’s WAR” then you should be moving to the next target as quickly as possible. Gloating is childish behavior.

Personally I think it’s tasteless to use the laugh emote in WvW for any other reason than map chat had a good joke, but that’s just me.

I do, however, wish the enemy could read your customized emotes.
