Forgive me if this is a dumb question but I just started making an attempt to learn about wvwvw. Just curious how the PvP locker works I have the full set of CoF armor in PvE how do I get it in PvP?

I think the PvP locker only applies to SPvP (Structured Player vs Player) — in SPvP, your character is leveled to 80 and you can use weapons aquired in the Mists PvP area, which is like a game lobby.

WvW play can be entered from the top-left menu icons. You enter at your current character level, with whatever equipment you already have from the PvE world.
