When your server is like this there isn’t really a method to get this easily, it’s a lot of standing around and waiting for the other teams to try and take a supply camp or actually leave their base.

I believe you should consider either removing the kills in WvW part of the monthly achievement or make it so that NPC’s from Supply Camps, Caravans, etc count towards the overall total so that servers like Blackgate don’t get screwed out of their monthly achievements now that they grant a large amount of Karma.

Hey, another incentive for heavily dominating servers to move around and spread the players to less populated servers! Nice one, they should leave it as it is. Maybe even go farther and make it impossible to get WvWvW monthly achievement kills if you got too many points above the other servers.

Evidence that Free Transfers are hurting WvW. HoD heading towards T3 when they were T1. My server moving towards T1 when it was T3 before. All because of mass transfers.

Don’t worry. You still have the weekend, monday, tuesday, wednesday. Or probably 2 days due to complete steamrolling. Still 2 whole days in WvW should ensure 50 kills.

50 kills (versus what, 500 salvages, is it?) doesn’t take all that long. Get with a zerg, even a losing zerg, and you’ll get there pretty quick.

Or well just use the free-transfer and go somewhere to get the achievement :P

Obviously they are meant to be used this way. And than you could talk to a friend and meet somewhere to kill each other 50 times, this will also net you a lot of badges :P

Seriously? This is the easiest monthly achievement to get. One Friday night and it’s done. If anything, the count should be increased.

If you’re expecting sympathy from anyone while being on blackgate you’re in for a surprise.

We told you guys that stacking such an absurd amount of people on a single server wasn’t a great idea.

That said, getting 50 kills in WvW is pretty trivial and can easily be accomplished in the first night before it’s obvious you are going to dominate the match.

I don’t think you people realize that there isn’t 50 players for the other servers on, ever. We literally sit outside of their last base and wait for them to come out, eventually they get up 10 – 12 people and we rush up but they all run back into their keep.

It is difficult to see more than 15 unique players per day because the top guilds on the two opposing servers disbanded and went to other servers.

Sorry but I have no sympathy for Blackgate. They did this to us last week when they fought against FA and TC, and now they’re doing it again this week. It doesn’t really promote good competition now does it? Have fun with your totally dominated maps and total lack of enemies willing to die to your zergs sword.

If you think it’s bad on Blackgate, come to HoD. Every time we’re about to kill a blackgate person they log off. Make’s it very difficult for us to get that achievement.

It is a month long achievement, if you cant get them in in 30 days, I just do not know what to say.

The +0 is just due to lag. Notice how his server has +10% bonuses for everything, and that blue tower has friendly npcs. Hence, he’s blue – Blackgate.

@OP and anyone else that thinks it is hard and or WvW should not be a monthly.
Maybe if you and others help your servers once and a while it wouldn’t be so bad or hard. I have heard this complaint from players on my server “Dragonbrand” and I tell them all maybe if it was more than 20-30 people total representing the server the score will be better and the WvW monthly will be easier. I also have to tell them, QUIT TAKING SUPPLIES FROM TOWERS AND KEEPS! < had to be caps i have said it 50 times today to non-WvW regulars.

You could spend 30 minutes on a different server and achieve the monthly achievement. It’s really that simple.

How terrible for you that you dominated them so much that they don’t want to run out to be fodder for your achievement. Really. Other people need to be more considerate of your needs! Consider the others achievements people! Please!

On a serious note if you and your guild transfered to a lower bracket server you wouldn’t have any such issues. But I’m guessing the only reason you’re on blackgate and have the nerve to complain about something like that is because you’re a band wagoner.

Wow, that is complete domination. I can see this argument from both sides. On the one hand, yes, you did this to yourselves, but I don’t blame people for trying their best to win, that’s what most of us do. It just doesn’t always work out when you do win, but I see this more as a game fault than a player fault. I don’t believe it is fair to hate the players on that server for pointing out a legitimate problem. Some of them chose that as their first server and had no idea what they were getting into, some probably don’t want to PvP at all but want the monthly.

Take 20 people into Pangloss and set up 20 ballista/arrowcarts. Farm kills all day long.
If you played on a server that was used to losing you’d know to get this done easily. I have no sympathy for you whatsoever.

Complaining that you can’t do your achievement because your server dominates wv3 to hard is like complaining you didn’t get enough money when you won the lottery. It’s just completely stupid and ungrateful.

Ironically, this thread is probably encouraging ET and HoD players to not bother with WvW for the rest of this week.

Oh all these BG haters and their story twisting.

HoD and ET have 20 people total left on their server willing to WvW (not because of BG dropping their morale, but because that’s how many people they have left)
They still sit in tier 2 because they amassed that much points before so they drop way too slow for their own (and their enemies) good

And if you can’t get your achievement it’s really you and not the situation

ET do come out with about 10 of em (which is their whole W3 population, or maybe their whole server population by now) when they bring their hacker to fly around/jump onto walls/move while dead and self rez, which is a perfect time to farm the hacker for achievement as he will rez himself right there for you to kill him again, just be quick as he will fly/port away if you’r not.

HoD tries to bring out camp assaulting teams which sometimes get as big kitten 10 of them, so a few good fights against those could net you a lot of points too.

And if you actually would use the whole map (all 4 BG maps) and see where camps are being taken, you could know where the small enemy forces are active at that point
