Hello, I wish to see some kind of global chat for all wxw maps, sometimes we don’t have any force in one boardland so we can see if there is someone alive in other maps without to move one by one and use the “/m hello, there is any group here?”.

This will be a good thing for defense too.

Been down this road many a times with NADA!!! Just like requesting to have LA server specific for recruitment or even server chat. NADA!!!

Team chat is just dying to be changed to this, as having both Team chat and Map chat is a little redundant.

If something this small isn’t part of this mythical “Overhaul” then I don’t know what they’re smoking.

I’d rather see a World Chat where everyone from each server can talk to each other.
Team chat being server can talk to each other even on other maps
And Map chat server talking on that specific map.

Much approvals and +1’s to entire thread.

What I tried to say is global chat for your homeserver and work only at wxw maps, like /t.

Ex: if you are at Crystal Desert(homeland) and you are at wxw map ( EBG for example ), you can talk with your crystal deserts players across all boarderlands.

People have been asking for this for 3 years and it hasn’t been added.
What we’ve REALLY needed since megaserver was team chat to server in PVE as well, to allow WvW players to call for help from casual PVE players in times of need.
NEVER HAPPEND.
Why? Either they don’t want it for some kittened reason or they are completely oblivious.

Suppose a server chat should be implemented…
Like, across all maps, you can chat with everyone from say, FC only, or BG only, or FA only…
Has a timeout of idk, maybe 10 minutes or something to avoid spamming

A one-time-blast-message for when your EBG Keep needs help or something..
Or
Guild Recruitment for Server Specific…

Would be nice, yes. I’d also like commander tags to be visible on all the 4 maps.
