is it a bug that when you invite an enemy to your party (press p and invite while having him/her selecter) and than waypoint to another place, to see the enemy name?

not really a bug, but likely not intended. Considering that the WvW party system is the same system used for PvE, this isn’t surprising. When in WvW, the system blocks the name of the enemy player, but in PvE, the system does not because that player is no longer considered an enemy.

If you’re asking whether you might get banned for something like this, i highly doubt it, but Anet has handed out bans for worse, so I would certainly stay away from it if you can.
