Yes actually, because it stops you from attacking supply camps and towers giving them time to be upgraded.

Also, who uses the gates in citadel? I always just walk off the cliffs, tends to be faster.

Instead of taking a screenshot, complaining on the forums, you could, you know, group up and fight them?

Or…go around them.

I was there only to take the screenshot. I noticed the little swords icon on my minimap, so i thought i would go check.

We did group up and kill them, but really? Any time we do mount any sort of offense, we are met with a force at least twice our number to crush us. And you need to spawn camp us, even at this spot? Boredom is getting to you. Maybe, instead of wasting your time spawn camping, some of you could move servers and you could fight each other! That would solve 2 problems!

Aren’t you guys home to TEST?

Our guild typically takes 10-15 players and camps north supply on opposing homeworlds all the time. Line up the ballista’s, and get spoon fed kills for hours.

that’s not the north one. That one at least i could understand. This is the EAST one. where nobody ever goes…

If ET was a guild and not a server you’d be correct, as it stands your comment makes no sense.

All I see of note in the OP’s picture is an Eredon Terrace Invader busting out some moves, some sweet dance moves.

Just a note of advice Jim, you (and everyone else) should hide your chat box when posting screen shots online, least your personal information be revealed….and you private moaning. Just saying

You’d be surprised how private most ppl want to be while they’re online smokey and in this day and age when the potential to be hacked is so high any personal info someone can get their hands on is sensitive.

What does this have to to with the OP? If you’re going to come on the forums and have a moan, at least don’t hi-jack another thread.

None of those people had a [RUIN] tag so….. Also why are you complaining about that when you have numerous exits to your citadel, it’s not like they’re in your way or anything.

ET is a medium pop server and your server is high pop, you have the numbers to fight back yet you wont. dont blame ET..look at the people on your server that quit on you.

Go look at my original post. It does not mention anything about any horribad guild on ET. Was just commenting on the sad state of the WvW on ET. When you’re so bored you camp a door nobody come out of….

Well for smaller guilds i know this could be one of a few crucial strategies to help the overall community to take a map. Bigger guilds or Zergs usually go for a keep. or mindlessly fight random pug groups in the middle of nowhere. Still this is a very effective tactic to limit how fast the enemy can retaliate..
