The greater metropolitan area that surrounds ArenaNet has one of the, if not THE, highest population of information technology and programming professionals.
While it’s infinitely easier to hack a system than to protect it, it’s the reason such individuals make lots of money and it’s oftena reason SOME companies do not utilize such individuals despite the fact that they should really look into the matter. Especially if they have already been attacked….
