Hi!
I wonder if it is possible for Anet to add a function to block person that also include to block him as a commander? It shouldent include that he cant tag up. Only the same function thats in chat, only that the person who have blocked him dont see when he/her has the commandertag up. This is a big problem in WvW when ppl tag up and try to disturb the gameplay by gathering players and do things that not benefit the server.

Example1: tag up and gather players and just stand around and do nothing, server have several players (mostly new players that dont play WvW mutch and dont know who those commanders are.) inactive for like 5-10 min just waiting for commander to take action and nothing happens.
Example2: commander gather players and drain the supply of towers that would need those later on and just waste the supply.

Many players have asked for a function like this, but when we disscus it everyone just say that Anet dont care, It is sad to hear players get frustrated only because Anet is not listning.

problem with this is even if they added this function, it wouldn’t stop the tag trolls unless you can convince everybody on the map to block the guy/gal. if you aren’t able to do that, then you’d still have people going to the troll and not actively helping

Unfortunately trolling isn’t something that can be easily blocked.. Of course, a trolling commander will normally get less and less people to follow him around.. Normally..

In the situation you’re describing, taking the tag off the map is counterproductive. You want to know the troll is there so you can alert other people to the fact that they shouldn’t follow him.
