If long queues is going to be the norm it be a good idea that when the queue pops you get to pick which character to enter this way you can play alts or what have you till it pops

about the queue, and the lately DC issues, they could at least do this:
when / if you get disconnected for whatever reason, keep a (let’s say) 5 min window in witch the player can reconncect and re-enter www WITHOUT the need of waiting few extra hours.
