It gets a little tiring and annoying when you are fighting an npc to take a supply camp and they just walk away and heal instantly in the middle of the fight… fair enough if this is outside the ring of the camp and you have pulled it too far away from the camp… but recently this happening willy nilly even in the middle of the camp.

It is just plain annoying. Even while engaged in combat they are just healing to full health.

Are you using stealth?

You’re obviously not pretty enough

Are you running a cheese build on your character? Maybe the AI is smart enough to say “kitten it” and drop combat.

The quick regen is designed to prevent players from hitting an NPC from an unreachable location. This side effect while sometimes annoying is a reasonable trade off to fix players safely farming NPCs.
