Its a nasty circle…. Our server is one of the worst at WvW in the world… So people dont wanna play WvW….

I tried now every day for 2 weeks, Drakkar lake is always kicking our bottoms, 2 weeks in a row…. why do you pair us up with a server that kicks our bottoms 2 weeks in a row?? Is it due to the fact there are only 2 servers not v good at wvw so we always get the next one up whic happens to be drakkar lake??

I know the exploits and drakkar wasting our servers supply etc is going on but its not just down to that…

This isent a whine thread… I honestly dont want to play WvW anymore, at least not on this server, if you go look virtually all maps are now empty of our servers players..

What players there are just bicker between each other… Its a really bad feeling you get… I dont know what the solution might be but i do know that the outmanned buff is absolutley pointless…

This buff does not help u in any way against superior numbers… all it does is buff xp karma and stuff…. wtf is the point of that???

Really something needs to be done… Or whiteside ridge will startgetting emptier and emptier of players like its already becoming,,,

Still bad for us? I’ve not been on WvW for a while now since this. Not that I’m a bad loser, I like to go roaming with my Thief but it gets a bit annoying to see us constantly backed into a corner just because we lack the numbers right now.

yeh... I mean all I have done for 2 week is go for supply camps.... and l;and control, which isent fully implemented yet... maybe if this was fully implemented with spawn points it might make a small diff... But as it stands.... theres literally no way to climb out of this hole... WE had drakkar lake one week which was dutring german holiday.. i accept that we lose then because german players are good and efficient and when on holiday have more time also... But the 2nd week after that vbattering we get matched up with the same server again is a bit silly.

one vs one or even numbers we always win vs drakkar lake. or i have in my experience always won when its even numbers... this zerg tho u jus can do nothing against it..

I really dont wanna move our 200+ player guild to a diff server but if this continues it may be our only choice for decent wvw competition. As it stands its not even fair at the moment.. anyone got any ideas?

I suggest you look at the WvW rankings thread, Whiteside is not one of the 2 lowest WvW servers and you get Drakkar as the ‘leftover’, Drakkar spent the previous week pounding on Ruins of Surmia/Fissure of Woe who are infact lower populated than you.

Whilst I understand the frustration I gotta say you are wrong, this IS a whine thread…

What is this land control you are talking about?

I WvW in whiteside but I’m far from considering it the worst, as you said.
Sure there is lack of communication (like people putting down a siege golem and forgetting to ask people to bring supplies to it), sure there is waste of supply (4 flame rams half built in front of the gate and no one complete), but on even number, or even outnumberedm I’ve seen us winning many more times.
So, just overcommunicate and things will go better.

Us Surmians will look forward to seeing a non-German opponent tonight, then.

Lol you should have looked yesterday evening at WvW. We have 75% of the map. Whiteside is doing fine against a high populated server like Drakkar. Seems that Drakkar is taking WvW more serious now and that means they need to go up a little to match their numbers.

Whiteside is doing fine. Just don’t expect us rocketing up the ranks week after week.

Whiteside can have some with another german server, dzagonur! Good luck with that hehe.

I am very seriously considering grabbing Whiteside by the scruff of their neck and sorting things out.

Creating a 1000 man Mumble/Teamspeak server for the community to use, bringing whitesideridge.eu up to the scratch and getting as many people using it as possible. Other servers have this shared community already and I thought Whiteside would also but it seems if you want something doing, to do it yourself.

To be honest WR does very well during prime time. Our battle is almost always lost during nighttime/working hours.

If you want to help, join an organized guild and use voice comms, instead of complaining.
