What time GMT will everyone be able to make use of the world transfer sale for preseason 2 ?

IF they do it when the patch rolls out, I’m pretty sure servers will crash…

Might correlate with the BLTC releases which are midnight server time.

Well, it didn’t come with the patch. I was looking to transfer and it was 800 Gems prior and now it’s 1800 Gems to move to a T20 server. Looks like that isn’t happening!!!
