Guild Wars 2

Hi folks

Going to attempt wvw seeing as the living story only starts in november again.

Need tips to start of with doing wvw.

Got 6 80’s. Warrior, mesmer, thief, guardian, elementalist and ranger.

Not looking for the most op or faceroll class just which one will be most fun. In pve i lile them all to bits but wvw i only did for exploration and the gift of battle for my in progress legendary hunt

Warrior and Guard is easy mode.

Any class can be fun, each serves different roles that also depend on what aspect of WvW you enjoy. The best tip is to find a commander tag on your map and also try to get on your server’s voice comm. You can also speak with a tutorial NPC when you first enter WvW to get the lowdown on the system if you’re that unsure. Running a warrior or guardian at first until you get used to the flow of combat might be a good option as well, but is not really necessary. Good luck and hopefully you’ll find fun in WvW!

Also, once you pick a class you would like to try, make sure to check the common builds for that class, going WvW with PvE trait setup and gear is very easy way to become rally fodder ^^

Thanks on my warrior i went with full soldier stats and a valkyrie stat gs. As i value surviveability over dps

Tank a warrior in berserk is hard to kill

Play WvW while you can, I have a feeling they’re working toward eliminating it…
