I am part of Eredon Terrace server but for wvw it is saying im in with Dragonbrand. If next week my server goes to another server will it reset my loyalty for ex. I go to Sea of Sorrows next week but im still part of Eredon Terrace?

You are part of a linked server, AFAIK – if you get at least 100 pips for 3 weeks running and beyond, you will retain loyalty pips regardless of who you link with.
