Was gonna do this elaborate article on the “why not” nature of the never-ending dynamic events just waiting for players brave enough to try them, and the “you gonna let ’em talk to your FarrarMomma that way” nature of defending what’s yours, but i’m just way too kitten tired.

WvW alone made a portion of this game good enough to make me quit eve online, a game I was almost hopelessly addicted to for four years. And it’s gotten better since then. Figured that was worth a shout out.

Bravo anet. Maybe this week I can do it better justice with a proper write up.

Some of the improvements since it came out:

Got rid of unbalanced orbs
Culling removed, easier to not run into 50 people
siege rebalance, repolish
Wvw bonuses, ranks,m wvw traits
more rewards for wvw’in
At least an attempt at fixing matchup system (better than nothing, you self-entitled whiners)
Siege timers and doubled the despawn time on both building and regular use (my fav, probably)
General rebalancing to most classes, with others in the works.

I hope they come back too, just modified. Like mega-magic find or something 25% increase to whole server or something nutty. there’s like a billion cool options out there that wouldn’t break the servers and not make it more lopsided for an already-winning server that has orb(s)…anet just needs to pick a few stats n’ redo ’em
